Having another one of those days, the sky is grey, and blue is getting the better of me.
The only sure fire way I know of to chase that off is to do stuff I need to do. Fortunately, I have a list and motivation to not get to a place I can't get back out of.
I'll start small. Then add stuff as I get motivated.
Looking at the whole of the list is overwhelming, so I am putting stuff on post-its so it's not as daunting.
(and why are all of my weather aps showing sun? There is no freaking sun outside this window right now. I haven't seen it all morning.)
Going to chip away at this list until I feel like I can function again.....
